Additional Information
A homophonic substitution cipher with nulls and a nomenclature, comprising of roughly 200 codegroups. The nomenclature consists of names and places only. Sir Dudley Carlton. ambassador in Venice is mentioned in the heading of cipher. There is some redundancy. The same cipher alphabet is repeated on several pages.

The transcription has been split into 3 different files, to represent all the different alphabets that occur in the document. The order follows the original page numbering which can be seen in the top right corner of each page. Image 3413.png has been therefore split between 2 different transcription files, as the first half of the page was believed to be a continuation of the previous one.
