Additional Information
The letter is not signed, but the first lines seem to indicate that we are dealing with a letter by Prince Frederik to his older brother. The encrypted part of this letter seems to written by somebody else, originating from a letter sent under cover to his banker. The cipher used, seems to point to link with the Rassemblement de Osnabrück. Further research is required.
