Additional Information
The dating of this cipher key is fictitious. It was probably handed to Haga on his departure from The Hague on his journey to Constantinopel. Further research can tell us more exactly when this was and, hopefully also who the author of this cipher was.. The key consists of a simple subsitution alphabet cinsisiting of graphical signs and and a small nomenclature with roughly 100 entries consisiting of numbers.
